The operator’s
voice will come over the unit, and ask the subscriber if everything
is ok. If the subscriber says that they need help, or if they are
unable to speak, the operator will call the EMS, Police or Fire
Department (Depending on what they hear), and then call friends
and family to let them know what is going on at the subscriber’s
